    b- Slimfast 190 cal and a handfull of almonds prob 150 cal bc it was a big handfull! l-1 cup of salad w ff cheese and ff greek dressing probably 100 cal and 2 wasa crackers with salsa so about 75 more cals s- 100 cal latte s-sf cherry popsicle 20 cal d- 1 cup of chili with ff cheese and ff sourcream and 5 rf club crackers around 350 cal.. 985 cal today.. ran 3 miles and road my bike to the store to get the stuff to make the chili:thumbup: might have a snack later? only will be 100 cal though

    DaVinci & Dolce Sugar-Free Syrups?

    I just ordered the sf white chocolate, almond, and toffee! I have seen the local coffee shops around where I live use them and they taste really good... I have an espresso machine so I am going to try and make something similar to them!! It was only $25 for 3 syrups and shipping... I am a broke college student and $25 is better than spending $5-6 a day on drinks at the shops!!!!

    b- low carb slimfast 190 cal s- nature valley pb snack 190 cal l- wasa cracker 30 cal w/ turkey 45 cal and 20 cal of ff moz cheese and 1 tbsp of ff ranch 15 cal will be taco meat and toppings:drool: probably 350 cal so 840 today

    B- atkins shake 150 cal sf ff latte 100 cal l- the grilled chicken and a few bites of salad from an arbys salad s- a few bites of bourbon chix when it goes bad.. Low fat frozen yogurt w/ pecan syrup:cursing: d- 2 small thin slices of cheese pizza:cursing: didnt work out today.. tom AGAIN! WHY? tom. im doing good.. working out and eating right.. I recieved my pb2 sample today..so I will tell how it is in the morning!

    b- 4 ounces of greek yogurt 80 cal mixed with 1/2 cup of kashi go lean 100 cal = 180 cal Will be (I packed this for lunch and dinner at work) l- 100 cal thin sliced bread with hummus 70 cal and 25 cal of turkey w/cucumber = around 200 cal d- 100 cal thin sliced bread with 2tbsp ff ranch 30 cal and 45 cal of turkey with cucumber= im rounding to 200cal Will have a skinny latte 110 cal and prob 100 cal snack = 210 cal for snacks about 790 cals today going to the gym after work..:biggrin: my next 5k will be sept 5th. last weekends time was 41:40:thumbdown: trying to lose 15 pds by that date

    b- atkins shake 150 cal l- sampled some pizza but only a few bites 100 cal cucumbers and tomato in ff italian 100cal with s- 100 cal wheat thins and 100 cal latte d- 1 cup chili with ff cheese and ff sour cream about 350 cal about 900 cal give or take... -500 cal work out!

    B- atkins shake with espresso 150 cal l- split half of a pick two from panera 360 cal s- skinny latte 80 cal s- some cut up cucumber and tomato with ff dressing 50 cal soo hungry for some reason 90 cal pb bar d- spaghetti squash with sauce and turkey sausage 300 cal 1030 cal no work out.. im slacking:cursing: tom. will be better

    B- 100 cal fruit crisp 130 cal latte l- 6 thin slices of turkey and ff cheese 100 cal applesauce 100 cal s- 140 cal granola bar d- antipasta and about 1 cup of salad with ff ranch probably 350 cal ran and did the treadmill burned about 400 cal came home and had a really big handful of almonds... need to stop eating so much I have been really hungry lately

    B- vitamuffin w/ lf cream cheese 200 cal l- 1 cup of salad with shaved chicken 300 cal (im going to say 300 to be safe) s- latte 100 cal d- topping off of a slice of pep. cheese pizza 200 cal 1 ff hotdog with mustard and sourkraut 50 cal 850 cal didnt do any running or exercise today tomorrow running 7 days until my first 5k:thumbup:

    Today: b- 100 cal yogurt homemade latte 100 cal l- mini sandwhich and apple sauce 200 cal s- handul of goldfish 50 cal d- will be some turkey kielbasa and peppers probably 200 cal if i need a snack it will be a 100 cal snack and maybe a skinny latte 80 cal 830 cal and going to the gym after work!:smile2: 14 days until my first 5k:thumbup:

    B- oatmeal 160 cal Homemade latte 110 cal l- mini sandwhich 100 cal with 90 cal of applesauce d-2 fresco tacos:cursing: 300 cal went for a run 2.5 miles:thumbup: when I got back I needed some food. FF hotdog no bun, and a handfull of almonds probably 150 cal So about 910 cals..

    Jealousy?

    Ok so my boyfriends sister and I have been really good friends for a long time..even before her brother and I started dating like 4 years ago.. well just recently she has been working out with me and doing the whole diet thing.. keep in mind she is about 185 pds.. she only weighs 20 pds less than me..i thought it was cool that we were working out together and eating you know the same meals and stuff..well i was wrong :smile2: everytime we work out she has to do better than me?? i mean i know its cool to be competitive but not blow it way out of porportion ya know? example: im on the elliptical burning 600 cal. well she is going to do it 610 cal..then she does it on each machine...this happens everytime and i guess i maybe over reacting but she tries to rub it in my face!!:mad2: yesterday we brought are food to school..the chili i made the night before..well i measured out a cup and took it with me..we were about to warm our food up and i look over and she has about a 1/2 cup of food.. and i just looked at her.. i was being funny and was like "what are you trying to be me?" she said no lol i have less food than you!!!?????!?!!?!? then she smirked..wow i dont know what to do?? now that im getting closer to her weight she is acting soooo weird.. dont know what to say..:sneaky::hurray:

    b- greek yogurt and a mini peice of toast 200 cal latte 100 cal l- 2 mini sandwhich 200 cal s- half of a breadstick 100 cal d- bowl of chili at firehouse... prob 400 cal! 1000 cal today give or take a few... going to work out tonight!

    What to wear? or not to wear?

    Im doing my first 5k on July 18th. I was wondering what I should wear? Im thinking running capris because now, when I wear shorts to exercise they ride up! I already bought a shirt to wear from oldnavy, and it is breathable and it is fanatastic! Any suggestions? Also, what is a good sports bra? Im kinda nervous!! Im going to wait until a week before the race because im sure I will lose some weight in the next 3 weeks! I just needs some pointers on what to wear and what not! :thumbup: oh yea, im doing the race in Michigan so im hoping it is not as hot as it is here in Florida :thumbup:

    What to wear? or not to wear?

    thanks for the responses! I always have trouble wearing looser fitting running shorts or pants because the shorts ride up and then they also fall down when I run too! I found these Clearance - aerie f.i.t. bermuda tight - American Eagle Outfitters I think I may order them. Im smaller on the bottom and bigger on the top so I think I want to order a large.
