Anyone using this protein? Feedback please...
I also purchased a couple of the clear Isopure drinks. I will be trying coconut water, pineapple orange and lemonade. GNC had them on sale for $2 per bottle. They each have 40g of protein!

Sleeved in December and I feel amazing
I can't imagine that feeling. I am desperate to get to the other end of this surgery to experience the feeling. That sounds so terrible, but after struggling with this weight for 33 years, I want and need this. Thanks for sharing!

That is my first goal as well! It's been over 15 years for me. I am so curious to see how my body will react to the surgery, as I know we are all different. Again, thanks so much for all your insight.

Anyone using this protein? Feedback please...
Thanks for your response. I asked if they had samples to try first, but they didn't for the unflavored. I will be trying it today with my soup. Wish me luck.

Anyone using this protein? Feedback please...
Thanks for your response. I've read here lots of people use the Isopure and love it. I generally enjoy most protein shakes, but opted to buy unflavored for after surgery. Thinking I could mix it into broths, yogurt and creamy soups. Luckily, GNC gives 30 days to decide if you don't like it to return.

Sleeved in December and I feel amazing
The hunger we feel during the pre-surgery diet, does it feel the same after surgery? Meaning is it a struggle when you smell foods and watch others eat. I am on day 11 of full liquids pre surgery. It's been tough the last two days not to take a bite out of everything I see.

EGD done
My surgeon did not require this pre-op. I've learned on this site all doctors are very different.

Pre op diet struggling anyone elde
I am on day 11 of full liquids only. I am down 16 pounds and scheduled for surgery Thursday, March 2nd. The first 6 days were actually easier for me. Now I am hungry it feels like constant. I think it's also my nerves as I get closer and I am used to eating when I feel like this. Best of luck! You got this.

Liquid diet
This liquid diet has been hard. The first 6 days were surprisingly easy for me. Then as of day 7, wow! Hunger has been unbelievable. Everything I see looks delicious. I've struggled hard! Day 11 and I am down 16 pounds. That has been a great trade off, but definitely not easy.
