How much did yall lose on pre-op liquid diet ( ik everyone is different just curious) i started mine yesterday and have to do 3weeks if it helps im 5'6 258

I did a 2 week pre op liquid diet and lost 15 lbs.

Wow thats awsome i Have to lose 10 pounds by 3/10 for my preop appt its my last weigh in

I lost 18 lbs during my 2 week liquid diet.

I lost 15 lbs on a 10 day liquid diet

10 lbs in 7 days liquid on last 3 for me

What liquids do you drink?

I drink premier protein and non dairy muscle milks 2-3 times a day I'm on day 10 of a 2 week liquid diet and I've lost 14lbs they sell both at Costco

That's so awsome i have 2 weeks left till my last weigh in and now i have to get really strict on myself lol no more cheating

Just the usual daily walking for about a mile, so i was surprised. I think our bodies are just so used to garbage and over eating that it sheds quickly with liquids . I also cheated a couple of days but with healthy meals[emoji102]

I drink Premier protein drinks and isopure protein drinks from GNC. I've been on my first week of the pre op diet and I'm down 11lbs. I'm excited to see what it will be once I hit the clear liquid phase!

I'm on day 3 and haven't lost a pound yet...no cheating either. This blows.
