  6. I have lupus and RA as well. I have to stop the methotrexate injection 3 weeks before and 3 weeks after surgery. Is there anything out there that would help with the pain? I'm terrified of flair ups and the pain that I know I will have.
  7. I understand your pain. I was diagnosed with Lupus and rheumatoid arthritis last August. I am also over weight and I'm close to that surgery. Mine is planned for July or August as if right now. My exercise consultant suggested that I do Water aerobics. I have checked into it and they even have an aerobic for arthritis. I haven't started but plan to next week. Hope this helps!!!!

  9. Oh Megs81, that really makes me feel so much better. So far, I have loved the Bailey program and all the DRs that I've seen. I have been to all of the Drs and now I'm in the testing phase. I have the stress test 6-17/6-18, I'm frightened for that one. I also have the sleep test left, worried about that too. Have you been successful this far?????
