I meet with the surgeon again today, pre-op tomorrow, then Wednesday; THE BIG DAY!! I'm so excited, nervous, happy, scared....all rolled up in one. Prayers needed for healing and calming are appreciated!

My surgery is August 7th. I've been off methotrexate shots for two weeks and I feel pretty good. I'm taking OxyContin throughout the day, but not too bad!! Hope everyone is doing good. -

Day 12 of the liquid diet and today is horrible. I am so hungry today! I'm so close and can't give in now! Hurry up Wednesday!!!!

I'm at day 10 of liquid diet. I must say, jello sucks! If I ever see jello again it will be too soon. The carnation drinks are tolerable but...ugh! I guess that leaves flavored water. Hurry up Wednesday!!!!!!!!

Day 10 of liquid diet....I think it's getting easier! I find myself not wanting the carnation shakes anymore. At this point jello makes me gag. So, it's pretty much flavored water. Hurry up Wednesday!!!! -

The EDG was fine. Nothing big to worry about. When they tried the first time I threw up. They gave me more meds and I passed smooth out. I don't remember a thing. I just have a little sore throat and that's it! Bring on the surgery that's WEDNESDAY!!!!!! -

Haha! Right now I am scheduled for August 7th. Hey, just look at your cheat day a lesson learned. Start back and fresh tomorrow and make the best of it. It's so hard and I have cheated too. No more...we can do this my sleeve sister!!!

Oh thank goodness! Just the idea of the procedure scares me. I was more nervous about this than the actual surgery. Crazy, I know! Lol.
