Wanted to start by congratulating you on your weight loss.....your doing great. I agree with what everyone on here has said.....you definitely need to get some counseling. You might want to talk to your doctor about depression also. The lack of energy and ability to get excited about anything are symptoms of it. Hope you can find the path to loving yourself and your life. Best Wishes.

I get dizzy a lot too. I've had blood work done and everything is fine. I personally think it has to do with eating such low calories and low carb.....especially the low carb.

I didn't have a bowel movement until day 4 post op and it was diarrhea and the diarrhea lasted for about two weeks. I'm not a fan of diarrhea but it definately was a time of rapid weight loss. As early out as you are your body is still in shock from the surgery.....I'd give it a few more days before I worried about it.
