A) what's best to tone arms so to prevent having "flaps" what's best for lower ab area like where scars from hysterectomy/c-section, I know there will be loose skin just want to tone as best as I can C) inner thigh area.... What do we do for that?? Haven't had surgery yet, hoping to in a month or so. Just getting my ducks in a row.

Ok I'm new to the forum... So I hope I'm doing this right. I have to have a nicotine blood test done before I can even schedule. I've quit 4 days now. Does anyone know of anything to get nicotine out of blood quicker? How long does it take? I hope and pray to not smoke post op or much at all for that matter. I'm ready to get this show on the road, was hoping for June or July surgery date. Have to do 2 week pre-op diet too. -

I have to have nicotine test before I can even schedule. I've quit for four days now, and hope to stay quit, however, this is the hardest thing I've ever done. I'm not a heavy smoker maybe a pack a week. Does anyone have advice on how long nicotine stays in blood and how to get it out faster so I can get my sleeve show on the road? -
