Where does milk fit in?
I am totally not sure what the answer is BUT I am thinking that since it is a liquid, I personally would not have it with my meal. Maybe some of the post-opers can help.

Biggest Loser off road challenge
I did! I did the King of the Hill 5k Muddog -It was a blast, although I did NOT run after the first couple minutes, it was on a huge hill going up, then down, then back up and over etc... I was unable to do many of the challenges like climb over big walls or the rock climbing one..but I was able to take the option of doing push ups instead of the rock walls. I was able do other smaller challenges like crawl under the barb wire, and jump over small hurdles and cross a net..(not as easy as it seems)I knew going in I wasn't physically able to RUN a 5k but I went with the intent of having fun. Took the kids as well for the kid's course and we were a muddy mess when we got home You will have fun and just go in knowing you're doing something healthy and outdoors regardless of how much you can or cant do. Have fun!

Scar Tissue or Adhesions Pre-op
I hope I'm posting this question is the right place. I filled out the pre-op paperwork for Dr Garcia in Mexico and got my quote. I was honest as to having three C-sections and lipo on my lower stomach. I was quoted the standard price. I know I have scar tissue or adhesions as I do feel pain and tenderness at times in my lower abdomen a few inches above my C-section scar and a feeling like something is ripping every time I sneeze. My question is, has anyone with scar tissue or adhesions had any complications with the getting the sleeve and/or healing? Or did it present a problem for the doctor upon going in? Just wondering.. Thanks

Started 'Couch to 5k today' Anyone keen?
Wow Butter, that actually did make me cry!! Thanks, very uplifting! I guess we can be our own worst critics sometimes. Maybe after this first week is over I will take week 2 C25k to the track at the park. I've done two 5ks this year (Color Me Rad & Muddogs King of the Hill) but did not run, just power walked so I would like to finally like to actually "run" in one AND achieve the obstacles in Muddog next year instead of walking around most of them. Excited about this app!

Started 'Couch to 5k today' Anyone keen?
Got inspired to try it after reading this forum. Today will be W1D2. I agree with Mistysj, adjusting the treadmill is the annoying part! I hope to make progress though as my walk speed was 3.0 and my "run" was 3.5 Would prefer to do it outside but I'm too self conscious at this point to jog in public. Is it just me?
