Do I have to have protein shakes after having the sleeve? In Qatar protein shakes are not available except for GNC, can i get mine from GNC? Is it good or tastes funny?

My surgery is on june 12 & I'm scared , i keep thinking that something will go wrong & i will end up really ill afterwards or worse dead What to expect ? Is that normal??
