Well in down 21 lbs its been a week an a half was losing 3lbs a day now none what is going on following everything to the T walking!!! Y did I stop losing stressing out!

Well im almost 2 weeks down 21lbs and stopped! Is this normal all I changed I added very puree Soups like 8 oz a day and walking what im I doing wrong?

Its my 6th day scared of the 2nd week I hope I can tolerate puree food hear to many problems.

I had surgery 5/20. I am still in tremendous pain when I bend. I'm frustrated b/c I can't tolerate the shakes and can't get the 70 grams Protein.... I am on week 2' date=' eating broth, Jello, fat free pudding, sugar free pop sickles, yougurt. WHAT ELSE??? Help, I'm scared too. I'm so afraid of hurting my stomache. I hady surgery 5/24 cant even finish a Protein shake so I started make Soup with green peppers onion chk broth and mixed in 2 eggs for Protein its good with lemon.. its hard to drink the protein and Water forget it.

Had my surgery May 24th at first regretted it! I hate Protein Shakes and Water is awful! food smells give me nausea.. I really want to be successful any ideas im open for anything!
