Hi, I got the fb1 3 wks ago to just try out...tell me plz, I had only walked about 4000 steps ans it said I burned ovr 1000 cals, how is that possible. It didnt come w instructions so idk what else it measures. How cud it get that number of cals, do I need to send it bck? Thx

Do u have one of those small fold out strollers that he cud ride in? Make a game of it now. I mean, if he can walk or crawl, he can just climb up in it nd u push him around, even in the house. Or does he have to be carried for medical reasons? Not tryn to pry, just throwing out an option, even ur 6 yr old can "help" push him while ur behind her. As others nd the doc have said, do not pic him up bc ull only end up hurting ur insides. Gl:)

You will find moderation...as the vets say, its a lifestyle change nd u have to work out what works for u. You now have a more healthier life line to figure it out:)). Kudos to you:)))

Congrats to u:). U look gr8! When did u have surgery? Nd the dox know that everyone's loss is different, ur body knows best so if its 4 woohoo, or 1 woohoo, ur losn nd that's awesome. And as long as ur labs are lookin good, whose complaining:). And for a typical weight loss, 2#'s per week is the healthy norm for non wls people...so just njoy as long as ur following ur plan, labs are good nd ur feeling good. It'll taper as it needs too:). Great points as well, not to mention the comorbs that are either decreased or eliminated bc of the wls. I think people start to get more vain when they see the new them, not saying its a bad thing, but it takes their focus off of why the surgery was done in the first place, that is for most of us, to gain better health first, increase our life, nd look good in the process:) gla
