Goodbye 270's! I hope to never see you again!

Back to work today. (boo!) 1/2 days for the rest of the week, then back to 100% on Mon 8/12.

First Post-Op today. All is well and on my way!

Yay! finally back to pre-op weight! Took 5 days, but now I get to start seeing numbers I haven't seen in a long time again!

First day of full liquids... I can hear my body saying "thankyouthankyouthankyou for some calories and protien!"

Day 3 at home. Full liquids tomorrow! Dropped my pain meds today and it's easier to get fluids down each day! Bring on the healing!

Day 2 at home. Struggling to get in enough fluids. Have some discomfort, but nothing major. All in all, feeling pretty good!

Discharged this morning. The drugs were better in the clinic, but not feeling too bad. Mild heartburn sensation if I don't sit or stand up straight. No nausea or vomiting or significant pain, though.

Oh my goodness... Packing for the clinic. Tomorrow is the day!

9:30 Checkin time on Tuesday! Only a couple more days to go!

Day 5 of Pre-Op diet almost over... 3 days to go. Starting to feel human again.

3 days of pre-op diet down, 5 to go... Have to admit to feeling fairly miserable, but I'm grinding it out...

2 successful days of Pre-Op diet down and so far I haven't even murdilated anyone yet! My coworkers are thankful...

Day 1 of Pre-Op diet down. Only missed the calorie mark by 9. I'm calling that a win!

Pre-Op diet starts on Monday... Why is it always Monday?!?! I have already apologized in advance to the guys at work for my upcoming lack of humor and warned them that it will be off with their heads if they try to be my "Food Police"!

Surgeon schedule change in my favor: got moved up a day to July 23. Impatiently waiting...

July 24th can't come soon enough...

Classic... My last status update was actually a message to someone else. That is sooo me!

Hang in there! There was an opening on 6/26 when I was on the phone with Leigh on Tuesday. The only reason I couldn't take it was because I couldn't get the endoscopy in time.

Scheduled for July!

Bah! Didn't get a call back to schedule today. Crossing my fingers to get a date tomorrow. There is nothing else I have outstanding that I have control over...

Psych eval down, should be able to get a date tomorrow!
