Your body is adjusting and needs time heal. The best thing you can do for yourself is to put the scale away and focus on getting in your Protein. Your weight is going to fluctuate as you lose/retain water' date=' put on muscle from exercise etc. Stepping on the scale everyday does more harm than good. Hang in there and trust that if you make smart choices regarding food, Protein and exercise, the weight will come off. You can do it! [/quote']Thank you.

I was ready for the 3 week stall...but I won't be 3 weeks until the 8th and I have not seen the scale move in 10days!! my cycle is almost over but good lord no change in 10 of my 18days!?!? How do I break the stall? I even mowed my 1 acre lot yesterday and bam nothing still!!
This is giving me second thoughts about the whole thing if nothing else!

I had a 15lb limit....it'll be over before you know it & you'll be able to pick up your baby again.
-
I can eat my 3oz in 10min...but the 4th oz takes about the next 20min. I'm just trying to figure my body out still. :/

When I hit size 20 and 250lbs I WAS DONE!! That was 2007.....now I'm 2 weeks post-op and 221. I'll never even see 225 again!! I can't wait to never see 200 again!!

Thanks!
I don't have anyone here that's had WLS and been successful with it! That's why I come here and not to the local ladies who aren't using the tools they have.

2 weeks post op and scale hasnt moved in a week. How do I get it to move? I went from 232 to 221....this week nothing! I'm pretty active and am wearing smaller clothes, but how to drop the lbs on the scale??? I know I'm new to this and I'm sure this isn't the first post like this....but please, if you have an idea...I'll take it! (I'm on day 5 of my cycle if that matters)
My Protein goal is 90-but I'm doing good to get 1/2 of that. I'm drinking Water but what's enough?

Sleeved on 9/11/12Starting weight: 294
Current weight: 191
Fantastic! You look great. Keep rock'n it!!!
Can I ask...how tall are you?
-
Here's what you do... You take your scale' date=' and you hide it deep within a closet for 10 days (atleast). It's Water weight girl...not fat. It will flush out just like it always does. Just don't go bazerk on chocolate and ice cream and you will be just fine. Why would your body's fluctuations with weight change just because you got sleeved? But again...it's Water weight and absolutely normal. <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />[/quote']
Thank you...I guess I just needed to hear it from someone else. I go in to be weighed and get my staples out tomorrow. I need this to work. It HAS to work! Not only for myself.....but also for my father! If I can work my sleeve right and keep my head in the game, my dad will also have the surgery! So whatever it takes I HAVE TO ROCK THIS SLEEVE!
if I read about another stall Imma pull my hair out!
