  2. Back to basics this week. Stalled and regained a few pounds after making bad eating decisions the last couple weeks.

  4. Finally down to the 230's! Now I need to get back on track with tracking my food and lowering my carbs.

  5. I ran in the rain today! I have this burst of motivation that I'm not going to let go to waste.

  6. I'm just over a year post-op, and recently I can't seem to lose weight. I'm at a loss at what to do.

      to lose weight, you must eat less calories than you burn off. are you eating/tracking your calorie intake? are you exercising?

  7. I've been fluctuating the same few pounds over the last week or so. Going back and forth on the scale. I just want to finally hit the 240's!

  9. It was sooo difficult for me to go to the movies yesterday and not buy popcorn. I'm one of those people who believe you can't not get it at the theater. Walking in, the smell immediately wafted towards me and I had to practice my strength.

  10. My body is tormenting me. Down to 199 last week, not back up to 201 this week. I JUST WANT TO STAY IN ONDERLAND!

      Don't let that discourage you. There mare a number of situation that effects a small gain.. Salt intake, TOM, water retention., constipation. Etc. I know how u feel..I had an occasional gain...like one or two pounds.. But I stayed on track what I an supposed to do. And I lost the gain plus some more.

      Thank you ladies! You're both right. I'm trying to remember that I'll get there, it just takes time. I'm pretty sure my honeymoon phase is ending, since I'm not losing as much each month. I think that's adding to my stress.

  11. On a bit of a weight roller coaster lately. Up 5 pounds, then down, then up a little again. :(

  12. On week 4 of Ease into 5K and I ran for four minutes and again for six minutes nonstop! I've never been able to do that!

  13. One week post-op and I've lost 20 pounds (including pre-op diet). I'm so excited, and this is just the beginning!

  14. Thank goodness for Premiere Protein shakes.
