I love Soup and I always eat the broth...idk maybe it's the combination with the magnesium citrate?

I'm on my clear liquid diet today but I am having a Hard time with broth...it's grossing me out and I can't drink it without gagging today I've only managed Water, one sugar free frozen ice thing, and the magnesium citrate and i need ideas for the broth to get it down. I tried beef broth and chicken and I just can't. Help anyone?

I got my date!!! June 12 so a week from today

Thanks I'm sooooooo excited did my a blood work today doing EKG tomorrow.

Having my surgery on the 12!!! I start my diet tomorrow.

Has anyone else started taking Biotin? I'm pre-op but does it help to keep some hair from falling out?

Also I wanted to ask I know there is going to be wt restriction post op but how long before I can lift. I have critical care clinical in the fall and y'all know nursing students get asked to help lift and move patients I just want to make sure ill be ready for clinical.

So how is y'all's hair doing now? I'm pre-op and should be scheduled this week

Hi my name is Alexa and I am Pre-op I should be scheduling my surgery this week . I am 24 from Texas and I'm in nursing school.

I am 24 and no kids but I'm a nursing student and after going through childbearing nursing I decided it was best to wait till after I was at a healthy wt to have a child....granted I am still pre-op it is less stress on the body at a lower wt and the risk of gestational diabetes is decreased at a lower wt Pre-pregnancy

Your got approved so much faster than I did, my 6 month appointment was inn feb and they didnt submit till march and then I didn't know I needed a second opinion till mid April.....then I was approved for RNY not sleeve so had to resubmit. Was approved yesterday but no date set because they had to "re-look at my chart...
