  1. Hey Ken I've been on Testosterone therapy for a few years now under the guidance of my PCP who specializes in T therapy. The key is you have to have your blood work checked every three months. When needed I cycle on and off for 3 month; this is again under the watchful eye of my PCP. There is a lot of misconception out there on the subject and circumstances are different from individual to individual. I feel great since since I've been on the T replacement therapy. My levels are in normal range as well. Take care SuperKen
  2. Hey Bigboy76 I'm a year a 2 months post-op I started working out 1 month post-op. I started my weight training program at the 6 month mark and have been ever since then. If you want the name of the weight training program I'm using send me a personal message as I don't want to seem like I'm a promoting.
  3. Man it's crazy how we all can be sooooo similar. I'm down 131lbs since surgery 10/14/13. Over the last 2 months I stalled and then gained 7 1/2 lbs and it's all from snacking and not drinking enough water. I think the only thing that kept from gaining more weight is that I rigorously workout 5 days a week and I walk everywhere. I'm terrified of gaining the weight back; so when I saw that Ai actually gained I freaked out! I need to find a support group to attend in the Los Angeles area ASAP!
  4. So I hit my 1 year Post-op anniversary to October 14, 2014. I can truly say I am a changed man! Surgery weight 384.9 Today's weight 253.9 Total lost 131 pounds :D :D
  5. Hey Neal you are doing awesome. I was sleeved on 10/14/13 surgery weight was 384; today 10/13/14 i'm 253. I've been stalled give or take 5lbs for the last 2 months and it's a bit frustrating. However, seeing your results has inspired me to try harder to reach my goal weight of 210. Keep up the good work man I know it's not easy. Ken
  6. Hey NJVSTuser, thank you for your kind comment. I have quite a ways to go to get to Onederland, but when it happens (well it's still hard for me to even imagine hitting that milestone) I'll be ecstatic.
  7. Hey BrothaMike I was sleeved October 14, 2013. I can't believe it's been that long wow! I started working with my trainer 1 month after surgery and went at it hard 6 days a week for the honeymoon period of the first 6 months. Now Inweight train 5 days a week loving every minute. Who would of thought I would become a gym rat! LOL
  8. Thanks you all for your suggestions. With the help of my surgeon's staff I was able to find. Surgeon who would take on another surgeon's patient (who would of thought that would be an issue?).
  9. I'm 10 months post op. Chest weight training is your friend in the Moob fight (Lift heavy) 2-3 Times a week to build the pectoral muscles especially incline bench press barbell and Dumbbell.

  18. I can totally relate to the pants size thing. My largest was a size 66; I'm 6 months post op and now wear a comfortable size 38. UNFREAKIN-BELIEVABLE!
