Anyone else on Testosterone Replacement Therapy?
Hey Ken I've been on Testosterone therapy for a few years now under the guidance of my PCP who specializes in T therapy. The key is you have to have your blood work checked every three months. When needed I cycle on and off for 3 month; this is again under the watchful eye of my PCP. There is a lot of misconception out there on the subject and circumstances are different from individual to individual. I feel great since since I've been on the T replacement therapy. My levels are in normal range as well. Take care SuperKen

Weight Lifting/ weight loss
Hey Bigboy76 I'm a year a 2 months post-op I started working out 1 month post-op. I started my weight training program at the 6 month mark and have been ever since then. If you want the name of the weight training program I'm using send me a personal message as I don't want to seem like I'm a promoting.

Gaining after a year
Man it's crazy how we all can be sooooo similar. I'm down 131lbs since surgery 10/14/13. Over the last 2 months I stalled and then gained 7 1/2 lbs and it's all from snacking and not drinking enough water. I think the only thing that kept from gaining more weight is that I rigorously workout 5 days a week and I walk everywhere. I'm terrified of gaining the weight back; so when I saw that Ai actually gained I freaked out! I need to find a support group to attend in the Los Angeles area ASAP!

October 2013 Sleevers Roll call!
Hey Neal you are doing awesome. I was sleeved on 10/14/13 surgery weight was 384; today 10/13/14 i'm 253. I've been stalled give or take 5lbs for the last 2 months and it's a bit frustrating. However, seeing your results has inspired me to try harder to reach my goal weight of 210. Keep up the good work man I know it's not easy. Ken

Dropped 3 pants size in 2 months
Hey NJVSTuser, thank you for your kind comment. I have quite a ways to go to get to Onederland, but when it happens (well it's still hard for me to even imagine hitting that milestone) I'll be ecstatic.

Who would of thought I would become a gym rat! LOL

Thanks you all for your suggestions. With the help of my surgeon's staff I was able to find. Surgeon who would take on another surgeon's patient (who would of thought that would be an issue?).

Columbia NY Presbyterian Doctor - Bessler
I was sleeved 7 months ago by Dr. Bessler and he was and still is great. Bessler is one of the top surgeons in the country. I love that he doesn't sugar coat his words he tells it like it is. I couldn't ask for a better experience during my journey.

I can totally relate to the pants size thing. My largest was a size 66; I'm 6 months post op and now wear a comfortable size 38. UNFREAKIN-BELIEVABLE!
