I used to weight my self every week.and i tell you i would get so sad .my scale was in my bathroom as you come in to the door .i have took it and put it up under my bed.so out of sight out of mind i hope.:laugh down 41 lb has of to day

This is one great site i have to be at work at 3:00am and i tell you reading every new post is so great .the info is so great .it has help me out and every way.it was nice reading what you said may god bless american.

I also no what you are saying its bad when you have friend thats are jealous because you had the surgery .but me and a co-worker had it together and i tell you she has mention it to every one at work that still talks to her.how bad i look sense i have lost some of the weight all because shes jealous .i think she think i look better then her which i dont care .and what ever you do .i hope you feel good about it because if you worry about what people say about you .you would never leave your home.

:cross-eye its taking me a while to lose this weight i had surgery on march 10-05 and i have lost 35lb.and i excercise 3 to 4 days a week .and it get hard doing all that and you are still at the same weight for a month are two .but i tell you one thing i do feel good when some one tell me that i dont need to lose any more weight.but i would love to lose 50lb but i dont regret having the surgery because that could be 35lb that i put on and i sure dont want to go down that road been there done that.

I love ice cream:laugh and i love chocolate and hot wing but i have been doing real good .i treat my self to ice cream once every two weeks.and chocolate once a month:cry and hot wing i dont eat any more :banana :banana so all in all i think iam doing well.and i also love nut.

i love water and i also love lemonade and i have to have gatorade.

:banana me and one of my co-worker has the surgery done on the same day under the same doc.had another co-worker about two month ago had it done with the same doctor that we use and another co-worker is going to have it done next month i hope i keep being enfluence on some one.

hi i had a bmi of 38.6 and i got aprove by my insurance and two of my co-worker bmi were lower then mind and the insurance did it and we also have united health pos and it only cost 50.00 out of i'll pocket so go for it you never no what the answer is untill you try.

hello iam a patient of doc robert powell and he is going to be doing my surgery on the 10 of march and he and his staff are very nice people.when i had ouestion i called every other day.and they were the same with me.i called one day and out of the blue when i was asking a ouestion the caller on the other end just said hello sharon .so i tell you when they said feel free to call any time thats was true.give them a call

i have a date and its march10 me and one of my co-worker are going on the same day.iam 230 lbs and i am 5'5" i want to lose about 90lbs hope i can do it and again thank for the kind word they do my heart good.
