I'm now under my original goal and try to gain some muscle mass.

I am better. The scale stops but it moves after a little while. Not much but it still moves in the right direction. Someone posted soemthing about our weight loss journey is like stepping down a flight of stairs. you might come down a couple of steps and stop and rest there for a while. Then you will take another couple of steps and stop again. Those words helped me when i kept playing with the same two pounds these past three weeks. what are you doing drinking and Protein wise?

We all cheat, and old habits die hard. If I cheat I just make extra care that I workout a little more or eat extra clean the next day. You are BEAUTIFUL and doing great

I took some good advice from fiddleman and cut way back on cardio and focused more on strength training, and I'm seeing better muscle definition. Thanks fiddleman!
