  1. Awe thank you. I still have a long way to go! I'm three months out. Down 72 pounds. So I'm excited to see how much more I can lose!
  2. Thank you. And I never have. My mom has in the past but wasn't successful. They work?
  3. If you are reaching 60-80 grams with food alone, I think it should be fine. You're lucky. I have at least two shakes a day and I'm 3 months out. I tried to quit the shakes but stopped losing because I could not get all my protein in.
  4. It's post like this that make me want to not come on the site anymore.... And if more than a couple people feel the same way, maybe you should re-read your post. Tone is hard to judge through writing. But as someone else said, I was taken back by it. Read to me as very judgmental. And if you don't like what people post about maybe you should NOT read them. The title gives away the post off rip... STALL STALL STALL don't read it...: jeez.
  5. Awesome thanks that made me feel a whole lot better. And yes you're right, I'm just being impatient I guess lol.
  6. Okay to clarify, I have been stuck at 202 for almost two weeks! I'm frustrated. I'm three months out and down 72 pounds. I'm just wondering if anyone has had this problem. I feel like it's because I'm about to be under 200 but maybe just trippin lol. I'm irritated. I've been to the gym three times this week, up in my protein. I don't get it!!! Anyone had this situation before?! Thanks in advance.
  7. I'm just curious.. But I'm on birth control and was wondering if anyone does NOT take it? Just takes precautions? Thanks.
  8. Oh we'll there you go. If they can keep it for u go head
  9. Ah honestly I don't know, because my mom and boyfriend were with me. But I don't know if I would because you never know what can happen! I didn't wake up til like 4:00 and I went in at like 7am
  10. I don't think so. I also had my iPad. No problems.
  11. Thanks for the article. I got some more shakes from Costco. Boosting this protein is my only option lol.
  12. I started at 274 I'm three months out today. So 70 lbs down I can't complain... It just frustrates me. I know I was on a stall around 2 months. For like a whole week and a half
  13. I've been stuck at 204 all week. I'm so frustrated :/
  14. Also I do the shakes because it's really hard to meet protein with just regular food. I do 2 a day.
  15. Increase protein for sure. I am only three months out but wasn't meeting my protein and it did slow tremendously. But I boosted it to 60-80 g a day and started shedding the weight again.
  16. I was miserable. But definitely don't regret it!(:
  17. I had my sleeve two days before you(: and have noticed my stomach can hold a LITTLE more than before. But my nut said about 4 months out.
