  1. Wow I'm surprised a lot of you weren't very big on the days of your surgery. Most people I know who were sleeved were well over 250 pounds.
  2. I'm 22. Started at 274. I couldn't be happier with m decision.
  3. My surgery was march 25th I was 274 pounds. This morning I was 213(:
  4. Thank you. I'm working on it
  5. Made a collage of pics through my journey so far. Sleeved march 25, 2013. Down 62 pounds. Pics to show(:
  6. Will do for sure. I'm so glad to see this cause NOBODY responded to my thread lol. Thanks again!
  7. Where on earth did you find this? I need it lol
  8. Wow I don't know much about why or whatever but I just posted a thread about the same thing! My rash is on my arms, elbows, and shoulder. I don't know why and I been putting hydrocortisone cream on it but after reading this will be making an apt for my doctor.
  9. I'm 5'2 and started at 274 pounds. My stomach was the biggest thing on my body. HUGE. and I'm two months out down 57 pounds.
  10. Lol probably should. Just curious if others has Had it before and if so any issues.
  11. Anyone tried BBQ since surgery?
  12. Ok awesome. Thanks y'all.
  13. Has anyone tries baked beans after surgery. Just curious due to sugar and/or brown sugar please let me know! Family having BBQ and need to know ASAP! Thanks in advance.
  14. I'm two months out down 56 pounds. I eat every two/three hours because I'm hungry. Like 2.5-3hours after meal have a string cheese or some yogurt peanut butter etc. what are you eating? Do u eat every couple hours?
  15. I've been asked probably 8-10 times. Most of the time I said no, but once was at the mall and a girl working in the store asked me how far I was on front of like 7 people. I replied "it's a secret, we want it to be a surprise". I was literally dying inside. I do have to admit, my stomach has always been the biggest thing on my body. Thankfully it is half the size it was. But just ignore them, and if you don't know them who cares play along! Just to make yourself feel better. Trust me. I know how you feel.
  16. For some reason since my surgery I have been getting a rash on my arms. I don't know if it has anything to do with the surgery. Just wondering if anyone has the same problem.
  17. I'm not married but have been living together with my boyfriend for almost two years. Like you, he has called me names. But ever since my surgery he tells me that I'm going to leave him because I'm small. NOPE. I will leave you for whatever not just because of my size. Anyway be careful because in my experience the names/arguments and just pure hell gets worse. The better I feel, the worse he makes me feel. I hope and pray this doesn't happen to you. Be strong.
  18. I didn't know I had one. Never even heard of it. But always had heartburn. When I woke up from surgery my dr told me and he removed it so thankful no more heartburn.
  19. My dr. Said 5 weeks but I only waited 2
  20. Oh ok. I wonder if I can have it though. My nut says no nuts for 6 months. But if it's just spread?
  21. Any suggestions on good/healthy crackers?
  22. Right. I've tried the protein bars like pure protein and can't stand the taste.
  23. Where do u get the Almond butter?
