  5. That's good tho. I'm allowed bread pasta etc now and was cleared at 8 weeks. I had one gluten free waffle at first and had a half of pb&j on whole grain whole wheat but honestly haven't had it since! It made me feel yucky. You're not missing anything lol.

  10. Thank you and OMG! The purée stage was the worse for me. Honestly I would say about 1/2months til now for me is when I became to be happy with what I was able to eat. It was horrible, but you can do it. Stick to everything they tell u to eat and not to eat. You'll do great. The worse for me was not being able to eat "real" food. But now I know and actually have grown into a habit. Lol I don't eat for taste anymore really. I just get full.
  11. Anyone have suggestions on cereal. I'm tired of oatmeal. I can now have cereal but having a difficult time finding one that actually tastes decent and is within my guidelines (sugar & carbs) etc.... Let me know thanks!
  12. I'm 22 and was sleeved march 25. I'm down 67 pounds.
  13. My nut approved me 4 weeks and I could also have canned fruit in its own juice or water. But strained.
  14. I'm almost three months and can eat them with no problem. You should peel it, my nut said no skin.
  15. I was in a stall also. But was lacking protein. I increased it to 60 g a day and started losing again. Are you meeting protein goal?
  16. Ugh I can't get into my doctor for a week. Mine is literally just on my arm and shoulder. Had a couple on my elbows but went Away. I'm so frustrated with it. It is disgusting! Nothing is working. :/
  17. I had to have two. The first psychologist denied me because of my age. And not having enough "support" so I had to have a second opinion and was approved! Told I was an amazing candidate and all kinda stuff. But yes 600+ questions. Child hood family etc. you'll be fine.
  18. Awesome job are you loving it? I am for sure lol.
  19. Starting weight: 274 Current weight: 209 Height: 5'3 Goal: 140
  20. What's your current weight? Goal? Starting? (:
  21. Yeah I need to do something. And you know that could possibly be the reason, drinking to fast and not even noticing it! But definitely need to look into on the go foods!
  22. Ok thanks y'all. I'm glad to know because I do like it lol. Just can't eat it to much
  23. Has anyone had it?
  24. On Saturday and Sundays for work I'm gone all day long. I usually work 7-3 or 8-4 and drink a shake in the morning and by the time we get back around 12 I drink another shake or whatever I eat and right after I get sick. This only happens on these two days. I'm thinking its because I'm so hungry and by the time I eat again I'm getting sick. I have no clue. Anyone else with this problem.
  25. My decision.
