I only can eat half a pita...but it is light and tasty......I look forward to eating it. when I do.....

All the best!

I had these a couple of times during my pre-op diet and they were very tasty (the mini flax pitas):

I don't think my body can handle them just yet at 12 days out, but I'm looking forward to it!

Yes, I did. It was one of my soft foods. I ate it at 2 or 3 weeks out toasted with hummus!

Yes! There's a market close by that makes them in the store! I can eat a little less than half a pita with garlic mayo, spring mix, roasted red bell pepper, olives, and feta. So delicious!

Your surgeon approved pita as a soft food? I kinda miss it and can't wait to have some again with saganaki (sp?)!

Yes, and so good. Love saganaki!

Ok thanks y'all. I'm glad to know because I do like it lol. Just can't eat it to much ;)

I love hummus so I have been eating it since week 4 post op with no problems.

I've done the same. I find it easy to digest because its not doughy. And it's great for a healthy snack with hummus.
