Getting sick.

On Saturday and Sundays for work I'm gone all day long. I usually work 7-3 or 8-4 and drink a shake in the morning and by the time we get back around 12 I drink another shake or whatever I eat and right after I get sick. This only happens on these two days. I'm thinking its because I'm so hungry and by the time I eat again I'm getting sick. I have no clue. Anyone else with this problem.

Are you maybe so hungry that you're gulping the shake or food down more quickly than usual?

Is there any way you can fit in a small snack of some sort between breakfast and lunch? Something like a Baby Bel or string cheese that you could eat "on the run" might help.

It could also be acid related, maybe. A PPI might help.

Yeah I need to do something. And you know that could possibly be the reason, drinking to fast and not even noticing it! But definitely need to look into on the go foods!

Well, keep us posted on what you figure out, please!
