No appetite.

I'm two months out and every single day I barley eat anything. I'm just so blah when it comes to food now. I'm starving! Nothing I try takes even tastes remotely ok :/ any suggestions on things to eat two months out. I'm in need of anything... When I eat I get full quick which of course is good. But no motivation to eat anything. Ugh...

I'm almost a year out and went through that. It gets better with time! Just take good care of yourself. I've exceeded my goal and feel great, celebrating my one year surgiversary in two weeks. Han

I guess it's not that things don't sound good.. It's like I just don't have interest in food any more and I'm rarely hungry.

Yeah that's how I'm feeling. Have you been losing since surgery with not eating? I'm worried lol

I'm what most consider a slow loser, but I think I'm more of the norm. I think I get into stalls a lot because my hunger is gone. When I do get hungry I end up saying..oh I guess I need to eat.

Oh ok, I'm thinking of going back on the shakes. I haven't had one for a while. Maybe one a day. Idk. Have to be full and need protein

Wow awesome. I've lost 45 pounds so far but in the last week haven't lost a pound ???? so discouraging and I'm thinking its because of not eating and drinking enough and lack of protein. Going grocery shopping tomorrow and increasing protein for sure.

I know his you feel, I have no appetite. Consuming enough protein will help you loose weight. Now if I can just find one that is not nectar and lactose free! Ahh.

Right. I've tried the protein bars like pure protein and can't stand the taste.

I'm glad it's not just me. I am only 10 days out but have no desire to eat anything. Only thing I like is a few bites of sugar free applesauce, fat free refried beans and maybe some yogurt.
