That's AWESOME!!!!! Yes, it feels amazing to be in ONDERLAND again after 14 yrs. the funny part of it is now all of my clothes are starting to fall off of me. LOL I don't want to do any shopping for another 15lb loss.

I started my journey on May 13, 2013 which was my first appointment with my surgeon and I was at my highest weight ever 244. Today as I did my weigh I was 195, and I am actually 1lb away from my 2nd milestone which is 50 lbs. I am sooooo excited, feeling good , and rocking my sleeve.

I started my new journey on May 13, 2013 weighting my highest weight ever 244 lbs and 5'2 inches. I had my sleeve done on June 12, 2013 and I must admit at first I felt like what the heck did I do because I could not eat the way i use to.
Now, I would not trade it for the world!!!! Today at weigh in I was 199.6 lbs and I feel like I'm floating on air I am just soooooo EXCITED. At first I could not see it for a long time, then my sweet daughter asked to take my picture this mornind and I actually see the difference.
I am truly rocking my SLEEVE!!!!!

In the beginning it was faster. One week 3 lbs the next 6. Then 4 then 5 etc. now I am losing 6-9 lbs a months. I turned 40 in April. At that point (4/19) I was down 53lbs. I only had a week with no weight loss once and that was last month. I have had a couple weeks when I lost less that 1.
Wow.... that's awesome! ! I guess I'm just a slow loser, but I'm ok with that now. Long as its coming off. Good for u do u work out a lot?

Hello Dana,
I'm Dana too (LOL)!!!! Quick question for you being six months out and 86lbs down. Did the weight come off fast or were you losing like 1-2 lbs a week?
You look great I just had to ask.

Well I really try my best to focus on Protein but I don't restrict any certain foods. As long as I near my Protein goals and stay within my calories I'll eat a couple bites of anything. I eat between 600-800 calories and aim for 60-80 grams of protein. I usually have a Protein Shake and/or a Quest bar each day to help me get my protein in and I love the Ostrim snack sticks!
Any exercise?

So as of today I am 6 weeks post weighing in at 204 from 244 to start. My husband was admitted to the hospital yesterday and once I made it home I found myself snaking. What was I snacking on? I had 1 small chocolate chunk cookie, and a half of a dounut. Then I caought myself and realized what I was doing and broke down and started crying. I have been doing really well today by logging and staying on track, I weighed in this morning and was down 2 lbs. I have to admit I was really surprised.
Right now it just feels so hard with everything that's going on in my life, but I know I have a new life style and I have to make it work.
