  10. Yes, a lot of people on this forum was told to lose weight. It is so your liver will shrink and they can see your stomach better. No worries. The liquid diet before the procedure you will lose.
  11. I am on my 2nd week and in my cream of chicken there are small pieces of chicken. I refuse to feel guilty but I haven't lost as much as I did the first week.
