  4. Sorry it's taken a bit to respond. Holiday stuff is time consuming!! LoL Unfortunately complications come with this to some degree. I developed a slight stricture and ha to have a ballon dilatation last week. It does get better. The first month I had to figure out how to get in my proteins and fluids without being so sick to my stomach. I use nectar protein powder unflavored and I have found it goes in everything!! Yay! I doing regret a moment of my surgery. Even with the nausea I dont regret it. Try the GNC ready to drink protein shakes, they are great and not to thick or overly sweet. Also if you get tired of plain water mix it 75/25 with apple juice or cranberry grape juice. I don't like plain water so that helps me get my water in. Nevelle

Thanks for putting up with my crazy long post. Oh yeah, I weigh myself over 10times a day. Every time I see a scale I'm compelled and can't stop till I either validate or beat myself up for what I see. I know I have issues!!
  7. Oh the list is long.... I can wear my sisters clothes better than she can!! Hahaha I can cross my legs I love taking pictures I'm working out at the gym regularly I blend into a crowd ( size wise, not personality) I'm finally on the road to being HEALTHY!!! 8. The best advice I can give is to start easing off the foods that are triggers. For me that was fries and soda. Follow the pre-op diet and don't beat yourself up when you have a slip up. Practice eating slow and taking smaller bites. And above all else pray for strength to deal with the haters that will be so jealous when you start dropping the pounds!! LoL!
