Day 2 of the pre op diet is south harder than day 1! I'm not going to cheat I can get through this! It's just do much harder :/ I kinda just want ti sleep the day away!

What fiber chewable a fob you use! I just bought the gummie bears because it was almost $6 cheaper I hope they work! I'm not having Constipation but I want to take them bc I don't ever what to get that

Does anyone know if the Fiber chewable or if the fiber gummie bears work?

I'm excited too! I just wish I could fast forward these 10 days all I had today was 3 Protein Shakes, I'm allowed to have a dinner and a 1/2 cup fruit and something else but I'm worried to eat anything because I had so many set backs. I feel if I eat the food I'm allowed I will over do it :/

When is your surgery scheduled?

I can have 3 Protein Shake and one frozen entre between 300-400 cals for 7 days then after that its 3 days Clear Liquids

I know right!?!? I'm kinda bummed because last night boyfriend and I went out to eat and unpicked the place and when we got there I didn't want any of what was there so I ordered chips and salsa and the salsa was too spicy then I ordered pretzels so all I had for my last meal was chips and soft pretzel. I was in a bad mood and made boyfriend feel really bad. So now I'm starving today and feel like crap for the way I acted :/

So today I started my pre op diet and I have really been reading the book they gave me. In the book it talked about Constipation during diet and after surgery. Has anyone had that happen? And did anyone have to take anything for it?

Also did u guys start walking when you started your diet or after surgery? Anyone have a gym membership? When did you start going to the gym??

Anyone know if its okay to chew gum while doing the diet?

Thanks so much guys! I am so ready for this! I fasted for extended period of time before so I know how it is! I just wish I could fast forward to the surgery

So tomorrow is the day I start the pre op diet. I was hoping I could get some advise, quotes, tips, tricks....anything that you found out that was of help thanks!
