  1. This is my first post. I was sleeved in Orange County on 12/7. I am down 25 lbs as of today which basically puts me at loosing an average of a lb a day. I stalled from week 2 to week 3, but seem to be loosing again. I am no where close to where I want to be, but so thankful I am not where I was.
Wondering if anyone has hit the gym yet? I am eager to get in and put in some work. Walking is great, but I get so bored. Obviously no weights until cleared, but thinking bike and other cardio equipment.
Also, what are some of you go to puree/soft foods favs? I just started phase 2 last Thursday, so I am still getting a feel for what I can tolerate.
Lastly, anyone take Probiotics? I am looking to start one in hopes that it will make me far more regular.

I was sleeved on 12/6 I am down 27lbs and also stalled week 2&3 ... started losing again this week. I go to the gym I do the tredmill, stationary bike & elliptical so far. I was so bummed during the stall and glad I started losing again! Best wishes on your new you journey!

  2. My surgery date is Dec 6th. I am so very excited but nervous about only this... I had a radical full hysterectomy 10yrs ago at the age of 30. At that point I had lost 70lbs but gained it all back plus due to my hysterectomy and complications. Since that point I have struggled with my weight. Gaining and losing the same 15-20 but never getting bigger than that and not getting smaller. So my question is has anyone else had a similar struggle then had the sleeve and lost

    the weight?

  3. My surgery is Dec 6th but my husbands surgery was last Dec he is 5lbs from his goal weight. He drinks at least 2 shakes a day. He lost all his weight in the 1st 6-8 month's. Protein is very important for you health, muscles and weight loss. There is a calculator app that will tell you how much protien you need for your specs.
