So far I can comfortably eat soft scrambled eggs/egg whites, cottage cheese, dark meat chicken or chicken salad, meatballs...but my problem is I'm still not getting enough protein in... I'm just not hungry and honestly I think I'm afraid of eating more and gaining my pre surgery appetite back. What are you eating?

I was sleeved June 25th, went to work July 1st and 2nd for a few hours and resumed my normal work hours on July 8th. Btw I'm the dean at my school and we are having a summer program so it's not a desk job, as long as students are there I'm walking around, there's no time for sitting... but I really feel like I'm back to normal. My Dr is just as surprised by my progress as I am!

You look marvelous! What's your stats... before and after weight, time frame/date, etc? Any tips? I just got sleeved June 25th, I know most people say just follow your dr instructions, but any tips are greatly appreciated. I still feel it beneficial to get advice or tips from people who have been there and are successful.
  20. I have some packs too but I'm a little nervous to use it. I have stayed away from powders because I can't stand that foamy bubbly stuff that sits on top after you mix it. Does this brand do that too or is there a way to avoid that? Maybe I'm mixing it too much? What's the best way to mix it?
  21. So I've been on full liquids and I'm not hungry even though I still need to get in more fluids. I can move to pureed foods but feel I'm not ready. I'd like to stay on liquids until I get them all in. Does that make sense? I just don't want to move to the next stage without completing the one before.

    June 2013 Sleevers! "The List"

FYI If you read the thread you will see a message from the OP explaining why no more names have been added: each time a person was added she would go in and edit the list; however VST only allows a certain number of edits and with so many changes to the list she reached the maximum number of edits. So, it's not that she doesn't want to add you it's that she can't...she got locked out. But we welcome you just the same.
