Going under the VSG knife this morning. Ready to get this over with. Didn't sleep last night.
Lost about 20lbs in pre op diet.
Today's weight 300 even.

Out of surgery and all is well.
Sucking on ice chips, very low level of pain,
This surgery was a cakewalk!
All pre surg anxiety and jitters were unfounded:)

It truly does get easier! After the third day and a whopper of a headache the rest was uphill. Good luck! You can do this!!!!

I am on day 5 of pre-op and it really does get better - the first three days are the worst - the sf popsicles and broth were my saving graces. you will do great
