My name is Karen, I am 36 and single. I work as a business analyst for a life insurance company c(pls don't hate me). I have worked for the same company for a
lmost 10 years. I have one brother and a nephew who is the most beautiful boy and brings so much joy to our live, I am completely biased.
I love travelling, it is my passion, have visited much of europe, 38 Us states, parts of Asia and Africa. I speak Hungarian as I was an exchange student there when I was younger, friendship I still maintains to this day.
I also love listening to live music.

The complete guide to nutrition for weight loss surgery is awesome it has over 100 nutritious recipes covering all stages of the weight loss journey from the pre surgery to post op and puree to full diet. It has sections on recovering from surgery, food fundamentals ,trouble shooting and common complaints + nutritional impacts of surgery and different supplementation , promoting healthy habits and thinking and a section on exercise I'm extremely pleased with the recipes as there are a lot of options to keep your meals interesting

Hey all I'm 13 days post op since I started the two week per op shakes till now I'm down 18kg . Started puree yesterday have been having one weetbix mashed with skim milk , scrambled eggs with cottage cheese and Aussie bodies Protein popper plus v8 juice popper. Have been feeling little tired and occasionally when I stand up briefly feel little dizzy. Next week I get to add fish , tuna, criskits and mince to my diet anyone been experiencing the same and has anyone got some recipes to share for me going into next week?

Hi all i am laying here in the hospital first day after operation. They had me out of bed today , had a shower and got to put my own clothes on. Have been drinking fluids and couple spoons of yoghurt, custard and Soup throughout the day. After lunch they removed the drip because I'm taking in enough fluids. The trick is to walk as much as you can every hour or so couple laps around the ward and keep sipping on your fluids that way they take you off the drip and you can go home earlier I've been told I can go home tomorrow arvo
