I have got ton't back on track...I need motivation and a plan

Im two months out and only down thirty pounds...I feel like this is going to be a big failure to me...how long before they could go in and do bypass =/ my doctor is going to kill me

I wish my weight loss would speed up I've only lost twenty lbs on a month =( getting discouraged

Sleeved on the 25th so I'm a tad over a month out. Lost 21lbs...how is everyone else doing after one month?

I am having terrible pain at my incision where they took my stomach out. My doc said he could have hit a nerve when he stiched it back up...any ideas? I don't want to resort to pain meds but I'm about there.

Ok so yesterday I was three weeks out. I lost twenty pounds in the first week and a half and have been at a stall ever since. I'm doing everything I'm suppose to do..so what's the problem? Why am I not losing anymore. Someone please help me

no one in this thread said anything to me about disobeying my doc but I have had people in other threads say..."you shouldn't do that" I thank you all for the input and appreciate your kind words, I think I am just an impatient person and I want results now and im not getting them. I cant wait until I can get into the gym and start my real journey. Thanks everyone so much you all really inspire me.

I'm not eating anything that's not in my doctors list just doing it a few days sooner. Hope I'm not a failure already.

Honestly every doctor is different so I shouldn't be judged for disobeying my doctor because I'm sure a all have..and yes I do take a ppi that was prescribed by my doc.

Why in the world am I so stinking hungry and I'm only a week out. I'm calling my doc tomorrow because this is ridiculous. I didn't go through the pain of this surgery to fail. I'm suppose to be on Clear Liquids for another 3 days but I've already tried some foods that don't bother me at all. I can't eat much but still the fullness don't last long

Yeah I guess it is but I expect way more as soon as my butt can hit that gym in a few days

I've lost 19 pounds since surgery. I just thought it would be more significant side I can't and have ate anything. I dunno hope I have not wasted my time having this surgery. I'm very discouraged. My I'm just destined to be fat forever

I only have two shakes a day and the rest is Clear Liquids. I dunno what the deal is

Ok so I'm a week and two days out...why am I at a stall already? What do I need to do...I'm not eating anything just purely liquids so what's the deal.

Well both of the pills I take are capsule and not big at all. I just dread taking them in Jello...yuck

How long did you wait until you could take a whole pill? I'm so sick of the nasty taste of pills

so you had surgery the 23rd and tried an egg already?

I am going to have to try something. Eat more popsicles I suppose ugh

How long did everyone take to eat? I'm one week out and about to starve to death ugh

I'm so glad that someone asked this because my hubby has been wondering the same thing...not that I'm really interested right now but of course he is lol

You're going to lose weight in your breast area. But everyone is different. this doesn't mean you're going to go for d to b over night.
