  7. So, I've bought the variety pack, and started with the alpine punch. It was actually ok. I'll try another tomorrow.
  8. I know I've heard of some people doing this... Does it cut down on the awfulness of protein shakes in general?
  9. That's not just hospitals there, that is hospitals everywhere
  10. I plan on doing the same. Did you Call pre approvals or pre authorization or who?
  11. My insurance coordinator let me know that everything was submitted to insurance today, and I could be in surgery within a month!
  12. Is there information specific to wls out just dietingin general?
  13. How would it compare to say weight loss surgery for dummies?
  14. Are there any magazines or periodicals tailored to wls patients specifically? I'd prefer a physical periodical.
  15. My surgeon requires you be compliant, and to bring it to the hospital... Dangerous otherwise... /sigh
  16. So, I have promised myself I'd be compliant with my Cpap, and just like before, I am awake more often with it than without it... My doc prescribed ambien, but I don't want to get addicted... So here I am at 3:30, wide awake
  17. I got a little queasy watching someone else's on YouTube, not sure I could cope with watching mine-though post ex facto it may b interesting....
