I have see sawed from 200 back up to 202, want to get to ONEDERLAND!!
On my WL journey I have lost 60 lbs since Nov 1, 2013, 27 since surgery July 1:
I meant "thrill"
I had my 4wk checkup and had lost 9 lbs in last 2 weeks, 23 since surgery,and 57 since beginning of journey! I bought some size 18 capris, and size 16 stretchy capris!! That thriss me!!
I am 3 weeks post op today...I am released to go back to work tomorrow!!
