  1. Thanks guys!! I was thinking under 100 but I am going to check out your recommendations!! I have learned too many times you get what you pay for... So, I'm thinking the $40 blender/processor combo I saw at Walmart is probably a cheapo! Lol
  2. I am scheduled for my sleeve July 2.... I am trying to think ahead and prepare. I need a blender/food processor combo to make smoothies, protein shakes, and purée food. Any recommendations on a good one that's reasonably priced??
  3. Hello. I'm in the Knoxville area. I having surgery with Dr. Boyce at Turkey Creek Medical Center. I'm very excited too.... A little nervous!! It helps ready these blogs, to see how people feel that have gone thru it!

  8. Hello all!! I'm new to this blog, but happy to have found it! I'm 36 years old and roughly 100 lbs overweight. I have been approved by insurance and am scheduled for July 2. I am pretty nervous and excited at the same time. I work in surgery so maybe I know too much about that! Lol.... But, it's the recovery time that scares me a little. I'm pretty tough and a hard worker, so I plan on doing just fine. Look forward to talking to you guys. Did anyone out there go back to work after just 1 week?? That's what I'm hoping for. Any advice appreciated for either pre-op or post- op time.
