  1. I! Overall I have been very happy with my sleeve. The past few weeks though, I seem to feel worse and worse. When I get home from work, I just get in bed And get under covers. And on weekends, all I feel like doing is laying in bed and sleeping. No energy, fatigue, cold all the time when others aren't, having to keep thick blanket with my at work. My husband says my skin is very pale, and by mid morning, I have dark circles under my eyes. I went to pcp and had lab work, but waiting on results. I'm still not able to eat a lot, especially, any kind of meat with consistency...unless it is really soft. Has anyone else dealt with this, or have any words of wisdom for me?

  2. I have hit onederland also. Surgery June 3 at239 and now 194. Seems to be going slow as compared to some others. Gone from to an 18 pants to a 14...almost a 12. I'm having a very hard time eating anything with any solidarity. Very hard time eating or eating Protein. Exercising by riding bike or walking 30 minutes at least 5 times per day. Any pointers for me? Any ideas of what I can eat to satisfy calories and protein and to help weight loss start back?

  3. Its good to read your progress. I have been worries. Started at 239 on June 3 when I had my surgery and I an mow 203. I was told a pound day before surgery and was worried I am doing something wrong because its almost 2 months and I've only lost 36 lbs. any pointers for me regarding diet and exercise would be greatly appreciated.

  4. I had surgery June 3. I have lost 28 pounds and I am proud of that. But lately, when I wake in mornings, I am so achy and sore. It's almost like my hips are shifting or something. Is this what is causing my aches and pains? Is my body rearranging itself? I know that may sound crazy, but someone let me know if you have experienced this. I am still loving my sleeve. And so proud of the results.

  5. I am 5 days post op. I feel great, I am down a total of19 lbs as of this morning since 3 days pre op. I have this nagging soreness type of pain in one spot of my stomach. I believe it is probably right below the incision where the stomach was removed and is probably normal. Can someone tell me if this is normal and how long the soreness will be there? Also, how much should I be walking at this point? So excited, and looking forward to my new lifestyle!

  6. Today is 4days postoperative and I am feeling better by the minute. Still a little soreness but nothing compared to day one and two. I can see its all going to get better. I am not hungry at all. The Water and apple juice satisfy me. I am having a hard time getting in enough Protein though. Any Ideas? I'm thinking of trying they whey protein bullets...Ben doing the slimfast low carb high protein option but in two days I still haven't finished one. We got this people!

  7. I was sleeved Monday, June 3. The first day I thought I was dying. Shoulder and back pain from gas was terrible and incisions were so sore. I didn't have the breath to carry on a conversation. Today is Wednesday, 2 days later, and I am feeling better as far as the soreness but the reflux and gas pain still are pretty bad. I'm trying to figure out how to get all of this liquid in me every day. I just keep looking at the END RESULT. I was 239 before preop diet, 231 went I went into hospital, and 230 when I left. Each day is a new day.

  8. My surgery is June 3 and I am on my prep diet. I don't like Protein Shakes either;however, I have found the slim fast low card high Protein. They aren't bad, and they have 20 grams of protein and only 2 carbs. They are 180 calories. Best of luck to you! I'm haven't lost much the first week of prep. Don't know if I am doing something wrong or what, but I'm doing what they say. I can tell in my clothes in my stomach area, but not the scales.< /p>
