  1. My husband and I got scuba certified and we do that any time we can get a babysitter. We also go to the springs and swim, free dive, cave dive etc. of course, we live in Florida where things like that are all over. It's a good workout but you are having SO MUCH fun that you don't realize it until you're done and starving. When we lived in other states, we liked volleyball, which is even more fun with groups of people. Biking, yoga, etc are all way fun. Just some ideas.
  2. And after seeing this on the current page for a bit, I have sent my husband to the store for hummus. He says thanks lol.
  3. Perhaps she was paid off. People are often in it for that, right? Just throwing it out there.
  4. This thread made me die. I told my husband and he laughed hard too. But we hope ou are ok . Surely you will be, don't worry
  5. Most forums don't allow spinoff threads of closed topics either. Maybe we'll get lucky here though?
  6. I was wondering when it would get shut down. Idk the rules on this forum specifically, but most boards I'm on have rules against allegations and legal advice, which that thread was definitely teetering on. Just my assumption.
  7. Protein is for after to repair your muscles (so says my bodybuilder husband)
  8. This happened to me in all the weirdest places when I did hardcore army crap. You need water and potassium. Idk about that coconut water? Interesting idea though.
  9. Nique, I'm the same way. I'm obsessed with wanting to chew something. Every time I see a burger, cookie, whatever, I think "I freaking need that.". I'm not hungry AT ALL but i have a mental thing going on . Stay strong.
  10. Haha I swish thru the teeth too
  11. Yeah if the fever doesn't break ASAP, you need to get antibiotics for sure. Feel better!
  12. So today I had a chicken tender. It took a half an hour and now I'm full. I chewed it to death before I would eat each little bit. I could have puréed it, sure, but I really needed to chew. It's been a huge mind-issue not chewing. So it was really nice. Later on tonight, I plan to have some blended up strawberries with a dollop of fat free cool whip. Mostly, i just drink muscle milk, gatorade, and protein shake popsicles. Anyone else eating "real" stuff?
  13. It goes away . Hang in there.
  14. My doc said 4 weeks. I have heard others say 6-8 weeks
  15. I make them into Popsicles. I can't drink them in shake form but they are way edible in Popsicle form.
  16. I want to fit into some old clothes! I've been pulling out my old cute ones and giving them the eye.
  17. Oh and I can't sleep on my side yet, I'm so jealous!
  18. Omg I hated the isopure . I wanted to like it but no way. Aline, butternut squash is a soup.
  19. Jessica Simpsons line is great. You can try it at ulta.
  20. The day after surgery, I got the worst hemmroids (spelling?) EVER. Still here a week later. Wonder what the surgeon did to me lol. Caaaaat, I benefited from my iPad
  21. Lol Aline, no ideas, I was looking to you for answers . I was thinking I might sloooooow roast some chicken to make it all soft, then shred it and purée it real good and mix some enchilada sauce with it. That's my only idea though, so I'm not sure my plan yet
  22. Try drinking some broth?? Not sweet.
