My criteria for a doctor: Needed Mexico since that is my price range Wanted a doc with a lot of experience but doesn't do like ten surgeries a day Like zero leak rate in Tijuana because i wanted a very short drive to/from airport In a hospital I narrowed it down to three or four surgeons and after reading a million stories on this and other forums, plus watching YouTube videos, dr. Lopez just seemed the right choice for me. I feel really good about it. Good luck to you!

Guesses here... Orthostatic hypotension? Anemia? Are you on any new meds? Try an iron pill for a week and see if that helps. You should call your doc tho and ask the nurse what she thinks. Can't hurt.

Oh and yes, two days in the hospital then two days in the hotel. I'm serious, if you can wait 33 days, it would be way cool to have someone to go with. I'm going alone, how about you? Also, this chick on YouTube has a bunch of videos of the process. Her YouTube name is bigcouz52. She has videos of the hospital inside and out and the hotel room, talking with the dr etc. it helped me feel good about going.

Yes, dr lopez at mi doctor in TJ. Im close to Gainesville. I knew my surgery wouldn't be for like two months when I booked it, however, I could have done it within a week or so. It's just a matter of when the doc has openings because the paperwork takes like no time at all. From what I understand, he stays pretty steady, but not so much so that he's completely booked constantly.

I paid already but don't have the surgery til June 19. No hidden fees except I'll be tipping the driver and stuff. I'm in Florida. If you are in Tampa, let's go together

I haven't started prepping for the pre diet per se. I have thought about it and what I need to buy and what not. In horrible fat girl fashion, I have been eating things from my pre surgery bucket list AKA crap I plan to stay away from after the sleeve. :/

I use "countdown widget". It's generic and You can put whatever date and title you want.

I just downloaded a standard countdown timer for my phone

Funny, I've been thinking about this a lot as my surgery approaches. Here is the list I've made for myself. I'll be adding some of the ideas mentioned above thanks to all. Things to do instead of eat! Ha! Read to the boys Clean Work out Read a book Do homework Do activities with the boys Ride bikes with the boys Have relations Practice makeup Watch makeup and hair videos Sew Take staged pics of the boys Plan dive trip or vacation Watch a movie with hubs Watch a girly series ^^ That was copied and pasted from my notes. Im loling that I actually used the word "relations."

Down here, it's called coke. Me: "what kind of coke do you have" Waiter: "coke, sprite, dr. Pepper"
