How do you deal with sipping when you gulp or down your drinks. I'm worried about that. I live in Louisiana and it's hot. I love Water. But I'm not a sipper. I'm scared. I'm preop and my first surgeon's appointment is Thursday.

There is a good group that meets the 2nd Wednesday each month from 6 to 7:30 pm at Woman's hospital in conference room 4. Does not matter if you had surgery there or not. I'm fairly new (~4 was post op) but there are some ladies that are 2-3 yrs out that come as well.

Get a life really Dub. One or two tablespoons is not all that bad.
I'm glad you like it! I love it. For the dressing you put a packet of ranch, mayo, and Greek yogurt in a food processor them add the tops of cilantro in it and blend. Add some lime juice too.
This is exactly what I was looking for when I searched this post!! Thank you so much for the recipe!I love to cook. I haven't had my surgery yet but y'all might like this recipe. Ground turkey with taco seasoning, black Beans, refried beans, cheese, and I make a cilantro lime dressing with a little mayo and Greek yogurt. I'd eat a spoonful of each and mix it all together like a burrito bowl.

As a "newbie" I expected to see lots of healthy alternative recipes and encouragement in this thread. Instead I found some trolls enjoying "middle school humor" at the original poster's expense. SMH
It's so nice to see that there are some helpful people on here. Thanks again!

You also can use a ranch packet, avocados, and lime with mayo and Greek yogurt for a avacado/ranch dressing.

Just gotta add garlic, s&p, onion and tomatoes and it's a done deal.

I'm an aesthetician and cosmetologist. If you mix up coffee grounds and body wash to a paste and use it as a scrub it helps with the skin. It's very invigorating. Supposedly it helps firm and tighten skin. It's kind of messy. You also can use salt or sugar mixed with your favorite body wash as well.
I also like full body sugar/salt scrubs. They're sosososososo good. Also, I've read they help with excess skin. Who knows if it's true, but can't hurt!I went to a spa earlier in the week and it's the first time I was confident enough in myself to have a massage and I'd seriously recommend it to anyone - it was absolutely lush

I didn't know you could take Chantex longer than 3-4 weeks. Good to know. Also if you try to smoke on chantex you get extremely nauseous. I even started gaging. Wellbutron did not help me at all.
