I totally stress ate 7 pounds in the last two weeks. Sigh. Yes, you can eat around your sleeve. Now it's time to get back to business.

I thank you for your candor. So many of us lurkers follow your experiences - the joyful as well as frustrating. You will get "back to business" and have inspired me to follow your example! I've been feeling like a failure in slow motion, downward spiral. Your comments remind me to get back up and do what needs to be done.
