What I ate today wasn't that that. The only thing I ate that was bad carbs was the multigrain flat bread from subway and I ate HALF of a 6 in. I didn't eat a fruit roll up I had sugar free fruit Snacks that had nothing to them the meatloaf I MYSELF made was a low carb recipe I got from my friends mother who has the same surgery years ago. Which I only had 4oz of. I might not be hitting my Protein and I more than likely should of went to my dietician than this Bariatric"pal" app. But I have NO support anywhere. I'm trying what I can. It seems like a lot of people have a dietician they can call the office I went to is an HOUR and a HALF away from me and when I went threw my 6 month visit I seen THREE DIFFERENT dieticians. Which all gave me different things for BEFORE surgery. Not one of them talked to me about AFTER I figured coming here would be some help not calling out my flaws. Yeah I get it I don't eat enough protein I barley eat carbs. Just because I had 3 bites of oatmeal and a HAlF a 6 in you want to call me out saying "not according to the day you listed above" when first off you didn't even list the **** I ate from my fitness pal appropriately.

Wait, whuuuuuuuut?? You asked for advice and support and @@jenn1 was VERY gracious and supportive in her answer to you yet you choose to get snarky with her?
She was SPOT ON and you are being defensive for no good reason that I can see. Either you want help or you don't. Seems to me like you are in that group that wants to come here and ask questions but also wants to put down and reject the honest, factual feedback that you originally asked for.
Looks like another one for the block list.

You **CAN** handle it. It sucks, but it's worth it. Stop doubting yourself and just do what you need to do to be successful. The liquid diet does not last forever, it just feels like it does.
To be crude, suck it up, buttercup. You are TOTALLY worth it. -
She's an entertainer and a businesswoman. If she didn't want people to find her, I am certain she is intelligent enough NOT to use her real name (or at least, her FB name) on her BP profile.
I, too, hope no one is mocking her, but finding her? I don't see the issue in that. -
I sincerely hope no one is judging her for her choice of profession, or her FB profile. Personally, I am all about making it work with what you've got! Clearly she has a strong sense of self confidence and I say MORE POWER to HER!
I worry more about her food choices and what they could do to her Healthwise. That's the ONLY issue here. -
You are very determined to have surgery and I support that decision 100%. I am so confused on why you would be negative towards the 28 year old on a previous thread who also wanted it. You suggested diet and exercise yet you get frustrated when people suggest alternatives to you.
Thoughts? -
What about making a pb&j Protein shake instead? We have a juice bar near my house that does them, I took a sip of my nephews and it was pretty good. I'm sure from the juice bar it was loaded with tons of sugar and crap but I was thinking of making one myself with frozen strawberries, PB2 and some Protein Powder.< /p>
Pinterest has tons of fun stuff to try that's alternative to the calories and carbs too. like cloud bread that has no carbs with whipped pb and sugar free jelly, that might curve your craving without indulging too too much.
I wouldn't make a habit of pb&j but making it less calorific might help so you don't feel like you're depriving yourself of a treat once in a while.
Be careful with those frozen strawberries! I personally wasn't allowed anything with little seeds until I was 6 months post op. Great idea for sure, but check with your surgeon.

Is ice cream a habit you want to keep in your weight loss efforts?

Lmaooooo do you search for my posts? You comment under every single one of my topics with a little "shady" comment then get upset when I curse you out, yet you claim that you're trying to help.MMMmmmm.... Carbs from the bread, sugar from the jelly, fat from the Peanut Butter. And barely any Protein.
Seems like a perfect option to me!
Lmao you seem to be on this app 24/7, I know you're a little older but you should get a hobby..... or job. I think it's adorable how you stalk my posts though, thank you I didn't realize how important I was to you

I eat out almost daily and have never had an issue finding something. Soup, an appetizer, a side, the insides of a sandwich, a side salad, and if I'm not hungry, I don't order anything but a drink.
(Tell a fat girl she can actually go to a restaurant and not order something and she will look at you like you have 400 heads, but I can and I do.)If I am with one of my kids, they usually order a salad, I have them add on a Protein for a few bucks extra and we ask for that add on to be on the side.
I can't think of a single place I've been where I can't find something decent. Chinese? Egg drop soup and maybe the chinese ribs or a meal with steamed veggies, no rice. Italian? A meatball app. pizza? The toppings or non breaded chicken wings. Burger joint? Burger, no bread, no fries. Mexican? A fish taco and Beans or I share fajitas no tortillas. It's seriously not a big deal.

So, you joined this site yesterday morning, you have two posts and one of them is advising someone to eat crackers and corn chips at 5 weeks out.

Girl, I don't yell at people nor would I call anyone a moron whether they deserve it or not.

@@LipstickLadyAlas, I'm afraid so. But don't distress - you're on my short list if it all goes south!
I think I can take her.

What does your doctor say?

I'm totally flattered and a bit speechless. Ha! That never happens...

I must ask after reading several of your recent posts...
Do you retract your statement to the 28 year old who was researching surgery? It seems as if you don't care for people suggesting you look at non-surgical options.
You hurled out a pretty ugly insult at a vet who asked you a similar question, so if you're about to hit me with one, I'm ready.
This is diabolical!

When my kids were bitty, my youngest would holler, "I lose!" within seconds every time. Sigh.
