I need fast help....I have nutrition class in the morning and can't find my notes on it any where. Can some that has been to the class at St Vincent's Carmel please tell me what time it starts.

I have my pre opt testing tomorrow and surgery on June 7 th. I have to take a stress test at the cardiologist. Does anyone know what that entails or is it hard or terrible. I'm a little nervous about it. Did you do it on a treadmill or by an injection that makes your heart speed up?

Well the testing is only good for 30 days. They called me one morning and said they were ready to schedule my surgery date. We picked June 7 and then they mailed me a list of things I have to do. On that list was my pre opt testing ( may 28) and my nutrition class (may 30) dates. I don't know what I will do if the tests don't come back good. I guess cry. I will be very disappointed. I have to go to the Cardioligist also on pre opt testing date...they said since my dad had a heart attack at age 42, it puts me in a high risk categorie.

Hi Stacy...I'm fine, my surgery is on June 7th and that will be here befor I know it. It's like 17 days. I'm really trying to get things in order. I'm worried about leaks and my hair falling out and eating enough protein......but I think I can do this. I'm going to the speedway group tomorrow night are you? How are the wedding plans coming?

I go to the 3 support groups you mentioned. My favorite is the Avon group. I also like the speedway. The Carmel group seems to be more of the strugglers. Although it was informative. I'll be at the speedway one this week.....or at least I think it's this week...i need to check. Let me know if your going.

I love rice too and I know I will miss it. I have been told that a lot of times you don't really even like or crave some of your favorite foods after the sleeve surgery. I can't imagine...but I hope it's true.

I'm not in Vegas...but my date is June 7th as well. Are you scared? I'm excited and scared all at the same time. I want to lose about 100 lbs. what about you? Let's keep in touch and see how we do.
