  1. Erica try liquid Centrum vitamins. My surgery was on 3-19 and that's what I've been using. Also baby food is perfect they have stages to go through. I also used baby rice cereal mixed w milk. You can make it as thin as you can handle. I'm almost one month out and I feel great. My side had been hurting like a sucker. But it's like it just turned off yesterday and now I'm good. Good luck to everyone and careful with a sneeze it burns like hell.
  2. I take centrum liquid when I wake up. Started a couple of days after surgery. Works great. It's only one Tbs a day. I am one month post op and I have no prob.
  3. Both of my sisters had the lap band and they've gained all their weight back plus more. Now they wish they would have got the sleeve. Some doctors don't even do the Lap Band anymore. DONT DO LAP BAND!!
