Hey , I went through the same things . Hang in there !! Really I mean it . I was sleeved 6 months ago and it had changed my life . It was hard at first don't get me wrong . I missed food so much ! I would cry at the drop of a hat . Angry at what I had done for a while . But, once I started to eat soft then normal foods then I realized there wasn't anything I couldn't have but just in small amounts . I had one small miniature 3 musketeers for Halloween and that's all I wanted. I am not going to deprive myself but eat well and allow myself occasional treat. I have lost over 70 lbs including my pre- op . Message me if you need support !

I couldn't stomach the chewables at all ! I am 5 months out and ever since month 3 , I take women's Centrum petite s they are 1/2 the size if a regular multi Vitamin . My nut looked at them and said they were fine to take . I didn't have any trouble swallowing these at all . My Nut said to take 4 a day

I was sleeved on thurs the 6th . Overall it hasn't been too bad. My H&H dropped on day 2 in the hospital and I had to stay until Sunday . Lots of rumbling and feel gassy everytime I drink of anything ! Can't sleep in my bed hurts too bad I can't sleep on my back so I have been in my recliner ! It's not too bad . I have tried a pillow but that's not really helping yet but hopefully soon! I am looking forward to the purreed stage !

I was supposed to go home today by my H&H dropped from a 10.2 to a 8.6 could be the IV fluids or a bleed Scared!!! Has this happened to anyone else ?

First of all no nausea !! That's the good news . The bad part for me is all the abdominal gas pains yuck! Belching ok but they want gas out the other end !! Haven't done that yet!
-
My surgery went well today too !! No nausea and moderate abdominal pain but its not anything that Vicodin can't fix ! God bless all of us !

Well , I am sitting here at 5am on the day of my surgery , still hoping that I am making the right decision ! You see, I love food ! Love parties where you eat two big plates of yummy appetizers , and thanksgiving when you eat till you can't move But, on the other side I hate being fat! I hate how I feel , I hate my joints hurting all the time ! And, I hate not being able to keep up with my basketball star 10yr old daughter ! So, will I miss the food YEP!! But, does the good out weigh the bad ! Most definitely ! Keep all of us getting sleeved today in your prayers!
