August9 sleeved at 261 today I'm 227

I don't get a feeling but I know how much I can handle. I never eat over 2.5oz of Protein and 1/4C of veggies in one sitting. I have only twice felt too full and it was very early on (week 2?) if I found I was getting hungry early (I drink at least 16oz of Water between meals and wait a minimum of 2 hours and up to 3 between meals) anyway my first thought would be what did I eat? Was it a slider? Am I thirsty? If I was really good I would add .5oz of Protein to my next meal. I started with 2 oz. I rarely make it thru all my veggies. If I find myself mindlessly eating I stop.I should say I don't get the runny nose hiccups etc... I do feel full eventually
Why ate you eating veggies so early?Everything should be protein first until you are able to get the recommended amount.

It's strange but I get the hiccups or my nose start to run.

I had the sleeve and my doctor repaired my haiatal hernia and I'm on prilosec for six months and I feel fine..By the way my surgeon is in the top 5 for bariatric surgery.

I'm struggling. I've been eating things I shouldn't and until recently' date=' couldn't. bread used to be tough for me, but in past 2 weeks its fine (which is NOT a good thing). I've given in to too many Snacks that aren't healthy. I'm exercising a lot more lately so I've been hungrier, but I need to reel in these bad habits. I'm about 60 lbs down, but things have definitely slowed down--probably due to my poor food choices. Help, encouragement, tips or even gentle reprimands welcome.[/quote']The best thing is to see a therapist or try contacting your nutritionist. The program I'm in the nutritionist say go back to the basics (2 Protein Shakes and a meal) good luck

Thank you all for the helpful responses! When I work out' date=' I do three days of weights at the gym and an hour long hike/jog twice a week. The only thing I drink is Water and my Protein is good. I get about 80+ grams per day. I am definitely considering bringing my calories down and possibly backing up a little on the exercise too.[/quote']Go back to the basics and stay around 800 calories
