Well, I am just over 11 weeks post op and down 54 pounds! August 19th was surgery day. I am down 5 pant sizes and 2 short sizes! I still have more to go in the gut but have lost a lot in my face, shoulders, arms, legs and waist. I feel great! I truly hope everyone else feels as great as I do! Here are before from Feb 2013 and today Nov 2013.
Sleeved 8/21 at 297. Today 250lbs so about 10 weeks i guess. I havent worn jeans in years. Last size 48 so i went to target and tried a 44 they were big and went into a size 42. I felt so good today. Size. 42 jeans for the first time in 15 years. Congrats.

I had surgery July 1st. A leak found July 5th. 20 days in the hospital. 4.5-7 weeks post op: home with a PICC, drain, home health nurse, CT's once a week. 7 weeks post op: everything came out and my leak was closed. 9 weeks post op: thrush so bad my throat and stomach swelled shut. 10 weeks post op: stricture found & dilated. 10-16 weeks post op: 5 dilutions to open my stricture. 16 weeks post op: return of left side/shoulder pain, convince surgeon I need a CT. 17 weeks post op: wait on CT preauth. And now here I sit 18 weeks post op and my 2nd leak was found on. Monday when I finally had my CT. Has anyone ever had a 2nd leak/one that reopened? What was the plan for treatment?
Damn you can have a leak that far out?? Whos your Dr?

Choc cake' date=' donuts, etc.... Love them!! But those are only fat calories w no nutritional value. The objective is to stay healthy, not only increase numbers. That being said, I LOVE my glazed donut w choc milk at least once a week! [/quote']And dont forget to dip the oreo in cold milk.. I will on a few months. Lol

I only speak the truth. Life experience. Once you lose weight you are more attractive . Of course its not the same for everyone . But whenever you see a hit woman with an ugly or older guy hes got money. Such as donald trump, Howard Stern etc. lol

Once you lose lots of weight you wont want the fat woman.. Concentrate on losing weight then you will have more confidence to date the good looking in shape girls.
Remember women dont want fat guys . Not even the fat women lol.

In 5 weeks out lost over 40lbs never hungry hardly eat. Feel great . As for zoloft ask your Dr about taking Crestor. I take it and it has changed me. Once you lose. 30lbs your going to feel great.

I eat 1 meal a day lots if green tea and 1 Protein Drink. I am not hungry at all. My meal consists of slice chicken and swiss deli food. Sleeved 8/21 down 40lbs and feel fine.
Seems like everyone here is eating more than me.

Many get diahrea. I had it for maybe 4 days. Wr are drinking not eating si we get diahrea. If you have a leak you will get very sick. Pain on the right side is normal. Thats the biggest incision if your Dr pulled the stomach out from there. Otherwise it would be left. Pain will be in abdomen for at least 3 weeks if not longer.
