Now that I am home I feel lots better. I encourage everyone to get gas x and a heating pad, it really makes a big difference.

My surgery yesterday went very well. My body still having issues with the anesthesia. Dry heaving and lots of belly pain

I paid $225 for a psych eval and a $30 office visit. No program fees were charged and since my psych eval was out of pocket, it went towards my $250 deductible.

I am 2 days away, 9/11...super nervous!

I had to do six months with a nutritionist, psych evaluation, meeting with my doctor, and then my surgery was scheduled. I wish you the best!

I am in South Carolina and I also have aetna. My doctors office submitted all the info on August 20 and I was approved on the 28th of August.

It has been a challenge for me also. I think I would rather have a liquid diet than a no/low carb diet (I am on that one too). I have been eating only baked fish/broccoli and baked chicken/zucchini for the last three days and 2 boiled eggs for Breakfast. With exercise I have lost 5 pounds. Hope this helps.

You contact the company who holds your 401k. Its a loan so you have to pay it back within 5 years.
Principal (401K) will let you do a hardship withdraw so that you won't have to repay.
