My supervisor told me today... To get smaller scrubs! b/c I looked "frumpy" omg! lol Yay! Sleeved 05/20 20 lbs2 thats about 54g of protein and I try to get the rest from food lol greek yogurt, avocado etc24 is amazing! I actually do like my Protein shakes Its the Bariatric Advantage, I blend it with low fat milk and a banana and its very good05/20 as well I use the Bariatric Advantage brand (strawberry or chocolate) I blend it with low fat milk and a banana and its very goodThx ladies work was totally fine today yay!2 weeks today! How are you? How much have you lost? I am feeling muchhhh better going back to work today .... I am not hungry at all still on the full liquid diet (until next Monday) ... Trying to go to the park 3-4 times per week. Ive lost 10 lbs pre op and 11 post op (not as much as other people on here) but hey the scale is moving in a good way .... All this does get better!Total- 45,000 in Arizona, BCBS paid at 100% (I only paid my deductible 500.00)I was denied the first time b/c the ins com said "I didn't have history of co morbidity conditions for the past 5 yrs (which I did) then I had to write a letter (it was amazing and sad lol) my surgeons office started an appeal process and received my approval 1 week later usually surgeons will appealAll this sounds amazing! Cant wait!!!Yay its almost 2 weeks! I will try on Monday thx everyoneThat only happen last week.. I was having a hard time sneezing, coughing, breathing etc ...now I feel very good... I do have a hard time knowing when Im full or when its enough.. .. I am doing everything around the house and I go back to work on Sat... I do feel sore when I get up in the morning but thats about it, other than that, people (that don't know what happen) cant tell I had surgery ... I try to go to the park everyday and walk walk walk... I hope you feel betterWelcome all!
